Taxes: True West collects 8.25% sales tax for purchases shipping within Texas.

Canceling an Order: You can cancel any items from an order up until the items enter the shipping process. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we’ll be happy to refund you for any items you choose to return.


True West utilizes the secure payment processing services of PayPal, thereby ensuring that your credit card transaction is conducted safely within PayPal's domain. This means that NO CREDIT CARD NUMBERS ARE STORED ON OUR SERVERS. Up until the point that you are ready to pay for your order, you are within True West's domain, but upon entering the payment phase of checkout, the information you enter is encrypted and processed solely by PayPal.


All of our orders are processed M-F, within 1 to 2 business days of placement, depending on our order volume.

Our standard shipping mode is UPS Ground, though you may specify other modes at checkout. If you have special shipping requirements, please e-mail or phone us toll-free at 888-636-7922.

Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight, size and dimensions of your items.

UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

NOTE: International Orders- call for shipping rates. True West claims no responsibility for any additional charges incurred on international orders. True West also claims no responsibility for orders that are lost or late due to UPS shipping.

Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we’ll send an e-mail notifying you of the return and issue a full refund. If you suspect your order was deemed undeliverable, you should receive confirmation of its return or a refund within four weeks of the estimated delivery date. If more than four weeks have passed, please Contact Us.

Shipping carriers may deem a package undeliverable for any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or Out-of-date Address
  • P.O. Box Format: UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box
  • Other Address Problems: Some organizations have strict delivery restrictions for their residents. These rules are determined independently and may vary.
  • Illegible Label: In rare cases, it is also possible that the address became illegible during the shipping and handling process
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make one to three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $400 of merchandise may require a signature. After the attempts at delivery, either a note will be left on your door or the package will be returned to us (and your account will be credited).
  • Refused by Recipient: If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to re-order and let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.


Open your order as soon as it arrives. If there is any damage, are any flawed items or other problem(s), call immediately so we can send a call tag to have the item(s) picked up and then replace what is necessary. Please contact us within five working days of your order's arrival for all returns, exchanges, or damage reports.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, It may be returned for a full refund (less shipping charges). Please call for a Return Authorization within 5 days of receipt. If your purchase arrives damaged or is defective, it may be returned for a full refund including shipping charges. If your purchase arrives defective, you must notify True West within 3 business days. We'll always stand behind our products.


We take privacy very seriously. We will not and do not sell or share any transactional information, including your email address, name, address and phone number. All transactions are secure and encrypted as to protect your credit card information.
